Hello CHA Community!

Welcome to the 2023 Chestnut Hill Academy and CHAPTER Auction.

Chestnut Hill Academy is in its twenty-fifth year of providing an exceptional learning environment dedicated to educational excellence, personal growth, and educating global citizens, problem solvers, and life-long learners.

Each year, Chestnut Hill Academy’s Parent and Teacher Association (CHAPTER) sponsors a fundraising auction to raise money to enhance our educational and community programs. Through generous support from our CHA community, the money raised at last year’s auction helped provide funds for many initiatives during the school year such as new books for the Library, Grade Level Socials, Community Building Events, Continuing Teacher Education, Facility Improvements, and Technological Investments.

This year, we are hoping to raise $300,000 to help fund initiatives in the following school year such as technology resources and upgrades, music and literary enrichment events, winter ski program, school field trips, school yearbook, advanced teacher training, and much more!

Thank you for your partnership in providing the vital funding to help CHAPTER and Chestnut Hill Academy reach our goals.

Is my donation tax deductible? CHAPTER is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. A portion of all sponsorships are potentially tax deductible. Please remember to fill out a donation form, available in this packet and at the front desk, to report the monetary value of your donation and take advantage of any tax deductions.

 

Am I required to bid? No, you are not required to bid. Come have dinner, socialize with our community and just have fun! And don’t forget, the auction is a great community building event! A very important part of this fundraising event is building community. This is a great time to socialize with other parents and CHA staff members. Come enjoy time with your friends and make some new ones!
